If you were invited, use the email address that received the invitation during account creation.
I am stuck in email verification
Section titled “I am stuck in email verification”Open the latest verification email.
If the link expired, request a new verification email where available or contact staff.
I joined by QR code but cannot access the dashboard
Section titled “I joined by QR code but cannot access the dashboard”After QR self-join email verification, staff must approve your request.
You cannot access the dashboard until the request is approved.
My invitation expired
Section titled “My invitation expired”Ask building staff to resend the invitation.
I see the wrong building
Section titled “I see the wrong building”Staff users should check the current scope in the sidebar.
Tenants should contact staff if their account is connected to the wrong building or unit.
I see a locked feature
Section titled “I see a locked feature”The feature may require a higher plan, a different role, or a different current scope.
