Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”- Open
News and Updates. - Choose
Create Post. - Enter the post title and body.
- Select a required category.
- Select the building scope if more than one building is available.
- Decide whether to post anonymously.
- Decide whether to send an email.
- Review the summary.
- Save as draft or create and publish.
Field-by-field explanation
Section titled “Field-by-field explanation”Title is the news headline.
Body is the main update.
Category groups the post, such as policy, maintenance, renovation, or community.
Scope selects buildings. News posts are building-scoped.
Post anonymously hides the staff author from tenants. Staff can still see who created the post.
Email delivery controls whether tenants receive an email version.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Draft posts can be edited and published later.
Published posts are visible to tenants in selected buildings.
Archived posts are no longer tenant-facing and can be removed where allowed.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If the category is missing, the post should not continue to the next step.
If a published post is edited, saving should not resend the original email.
