Manage billing and plans

Manage your Sicket plan and billing settings.

Organization admins with billing permissions.

Go to My Plan or Billing settings.

  1. Open My Plan.
  2. Review the current plan and usage.
  3. Compare available plans.
  4. Choose an allowed plan change.
  5. Use Stripe Checkout or the Stripe customer portal when redirected.
  6. Return to Sicket and verify the plan state.

Current plan shows the active subscription.

Usage shows how close the organization is to plan limits.

Available plans shows upgrade or downgrade options.

Billing settings opens Stripe-managed payment methods, invoices, billing details, and tax IDs.

Starter and Professional are self-serve monthly plans.

Upgrades can apply immediately and may create a prorated charge.

Downgrades and cancellations are usually scheduled for the end of the current paid period.

Enterprise is custom and handled through Sicket support.

If a downgrade is blocked, reduce usage that exceeds the lower plan first.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be affected until billing is resolved.
