If you manage the organization

Use the organization admin path when you are responsible for setup, billing, buildings, users, and organization-wide configuration.

If you live in a building

Use the tenant path when you create tickets, read updates, or use the knowledge base for your own building.

Translation-ready writing

The English docs use stable page names, repeated headings, and a shared glossary so future translations can keep the same structure.
