- Review the welcome page.
- Enter your account details.
- Enter your requested unit information.
- Verify your email address.
- Wait for staff approval.
Field-by-field explanation
Section titled “Field-by-field explanation”Email is used to verify the join request.
Name helps staff review who is requesting access.
Requested unit helps staff confirm you belong in the building.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”After email verification, staff see your join request on the Invitations page.
If staff approve it, you can sign in and finish setup.
If staff reject it, you cannot access that building in Sicket.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If you scanned the wrong QR code, your request may go to the wrong building. Ask staff for the correct code.
If you verified your email but cannot sign in yet, your request may still be waiting for staff approval.
