Manage buildings and branding

Open Buildings, then select a building. Use Settings > Building for branding when that building is the current scope.

Organization admins can review and update the building name, address, contact information, and other supported operational details. The name and address appear in the scope selector, invitations, tenant My Home page, and communications.

Use residential units to connect a tenant to the correct home. A unit has a number and can have an optional label, such as a floor, wing, apartment type, or local description.

Keep unit labels short and avoid placing sensitive tenant information in the label itself.

Building branding can include an image and accent theme. The image appears on building cards, building detail pages, the scope selector, and supported documents. The selected accent is used for building-scoped navigation and highlights; blue remains the All Buildings color.

After saving, the sidebar and other current views refresh without requiring a manual page reload.

Do not use a new duplicate building record to represent a renamed property. Update the existing building where possible so ticket and communication history stays together.

If a building is no longer managed, review active tenants, staff assignments, open tickets, incidents, invitations, contractor cases, and plan impact before changing its availability.

If building branding controls are unavailable, select one building in Current scope instead of All Buildings.

If an image fails, use a supported image type and check the file-size limit.
