Section titled “Who can do this”Tenants, landlords, observers, organization admins, and platform admins with a Sicket account.
Where to find it in Sicket
Section titled “Where to find it in Sicket”Go to the Sicket login page and choose Sign in with Google.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Use the same email address that belongs to your Sicket invitation or account.
If your Sicket account was created with email and password, Google sign-in can still work when the Google email matches your Sicket email.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”- Open the Sicket login page.
- Choose
Sign in with Google. - Select the Google account that uses your Sicket email address.
- Complete the Google approval screen.
- Return to Sicket.
- Continue to your dashboard, building, or invitation flow.
Field-by-field explanation
Section titled “Field-by-field explanation”Sign in with Google starts the secure Google login flow.
Email and password remains available for users who prefer standard login or who do not use Google.
Redirect after login sends you back to the page you originally tried to open, when possible.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Sicket checks whether the Google email matches a known account or invitation.
If the email is recognized, Sicket signs you in.
If the email is not recognized, Sicket may ask you to use an invitation link, create an account, or contact the organization.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If Google sign-in returns you to the login page, make sure you selected the same Google account as your Sicket invitation email.
If you prefer not to use Google, use email and password login instead.
If your invitation was sent to a different email address, ask the organization to resend the invitation to the correct email.
