Billing basics

Billing belongs to the organization account, not to individual tenants.

Starter and Professional are self-serve monthly plans managed through Stripe.

Organization admins with billing access can start checkout, manage payment methods and invoices, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and reactivate where available.

Enterprise is handled as a custom plan. The Sicket team manages Enterprise commercial terms directly with the customer.

Plans can limit buildings, units, landlords, knowledge base entries, storage, and features.

If a downgrade would exceed a lower plan’s limits, Sicket should explain what needs to be reduced before the downgrade can continue.
