Notifications

Sicket can notify users inside the dashboard and by email.

In-app notifications appear while a user is using Sicket.

For announcements, staff can enable an in-app notification so tenants see a toast-style prompt to read the announcement.

Some actions can send email notifications, such as invitations, ticket confirmations, announcements, news posts, and join request outcomes.

Email delivery is optional for some staff communications.

When a building has assigned landlords, building-related operational email should go to those landlords instead of organization admins.

If a building has no assigned landlord, organization admins are the fallback operational recipients.

Tenants can manage notification preferences in account settings where available.

Email delivery does not replace dashboard permissions. Users can only open content they are authorized to view.
