Who can do this
Section titled “Who can do this”Organization admins can review requests for all buildings. Landlords can review requests for assigned buildings.
Where to find it in Sicket
Section titled “Where to find it in Sicket”Go to Invitations. Pending QR join requests appear above the normal invitations table.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”- Open
Invitations. - Review the
Tenant join requestssection. - Check the tenant name, email, requested unit, building, and join method.
- Choose
Approveif the tenant belongs in the building. - Choose
Rejectif the request is incorrect or should not receive access.
Field-by-field explanation
Section titled “Field-by-field explanation”Tenant shows the verified person requesting access.
Building shows the building connected to the QR code.
Requested unit shows the unit details the tenant entered.
Status shows whether the request is awaiting approval, accepted, rejected, or expired.
Actions let staff approve or reject pending requests.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Approved tenants can finish setup and access Sicket.
Rejected tenants remain blocked from the dashboard.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If the request is for the wrong building, reject it and ask the tenant to use the correct building QR code.
If many requests are pending, use the sidebar badge to see that action is needed.
