Choose your building

For landlords. Your organization admin decides which buildings you manage.

1. Open the sidebar. On a phone, use the menu button first.
2. Select the building name under Current scope.
3. Choose the building you want to work on.

Tickets, people, updates, and analytics follow that selection. Landlords work with one assigned building at a time; All Buildings is an organization-admin view.

If you only have one building, Sicket selects it for you. A disabled selector in that case is normal.

A building is missing

Ask your organization admin to check your assignment. Changing scope cannot grant access to an unassigned building.

Landlords can manage residential homes, but only organization admins can change a building’s name, image, theme, address, or active status.
