Dashboard and buildings
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”The dashboard gives a read-only overview of the selected building scope. It can show ticket workload, active resident-visible incidents, live announcements, recent news, and buildings in view.
Observer metrics are intentionally less detailed than staff metrics. Staff follow-up dates, internal workflow notes, invitation counts, and private resident information are not included.
Buildings
Section titled “Buildings”Open Buildings to see assigned buildings. A building detail page can show its name, branding, address, and safe operational summaries.
Observer building pages do not include tenant rosters, landlord management, join requests, internal patterns, or edit controls.
Using All Buildings
Section titled “Using All Buildings”All Buildings combines only the buildings assigned to you. Select one building before comparing a dashboard number with an individual record list.
Read-only behavior
Section titled “Read-only behavior”It is normal for Observer pages to have no create, edit, archive, print-export, or management buttons. The API also enforces these restrictions.
