Tenants use Sicket to contact staff, follow ticket updates, and read building information.

  1. Accept an invitation or join with a QR code
  2. Finish account setup
  3. Create a ticket
  4. Follow and comment on tickets
  5. Read announcements, news, and knowledge base entries
  • create personal tickets
  • create community tickets where available
  • read announcements for their building
  • read news posts for their building
  • search the knowledge base
  • update account settings
  • start moving out where supported

Tenants cannot see staff-only internal notes, unrelated building data, or another tenant’s residential unit information on community tickets.
