Follow and comment on tickets

Follow ticket updates after submission.

Tenants viewing their own tickets or community tickets they can access.

Use My Tickets for your own tickets and Community Tickets for building community tickets.

  1. Open My Tickets or Community Tickets.
  2. Select a ticket.
  3. Review the status, priority, category, and latest updates.
  4. Read staff comments.
  5. Add a comment if discussion is enabled.
  6. Upload an attachment if needed and allowed.

Status shows progress.

Priority shows urgency.

Comments are the visible ticket conversation.

Attachments provide photos or files that help staff understand the issue.

Staff can respond, update status, or resolve the ticket.

If you cannot comment, discussion may be disabled or the ticket may no longer accept tenant comments.

If an attachment fails, check the file type and size.
