Some announcements may also appear as in-app notifications.
News and updates

- policy updates
- community information
- operational changes
Knowledge base
Section titled “Knowledge base”The knowledge base contains reusable answers.
Examples:
- what to do when the elevator is out of service
- how to report a leak
- what to do if an access badge is lost
Where to find them
Section titled “Where to find them”Use the sidebar entries for announcements and knowledge base. News may appear where your tenant dashboard includes building updates.
How this helps ticket creation
Section titled “How this helps ticket creation”When you create a ticket, Sicket may suggest relevant active announcements or knowledge base entries before you submit.
