Profile, security, and notifications

Every signed-in Sicket user can manage personal settings. Open Settings and use the tabs available to your role.

Use Profile to update your name, phone number, language, timezone, and time format. You can also upload or remove a profile picture.

Your timezone controls how dates and times are shown. Choose the place where you normally use Sicket. The time format only changes whether times use 12-hour or 24-hour notation.

Profile pictures are shown only where your identity is already visible. Sicket does not show your picture on content you submit anonymously.

Changing your email address requires confirmation from the new address. After confirmation, existing sessions may be ended for security.

Use Security to:

  • connect or disconnect Google sign-in
  • change your password
  • review active sessions
  • sign out another device
  • sign out all devices
  • review a short list of previous, inactive sessions

You cannot disconnect Google if it would leave the account without another sign-in method. Set a password first.

Use Notifications to choose which supported ticket, announcement, news, reminder, and product emails you receive. Available choices depend on your role.

Turning off an email does not change what you can see in the dashboard. Essential account, security, invitation, and legal messages may still be sent when required.

Use Legal to review Sicket’s current legal information and available privacy actions. Where enabled, you can prepare a copy of your personal data or request account deletion.

Account deletion is different from moving out. Tenants who only leave a building should use the move-out flow instead.

Organization admins also see organization, billing, and AI settings. Organization admins and landlords can see building branding when one building is selected. Tenants see housing and move-out settings.

Observers only receive personal settings; they cannot change building or organization configuration.
