Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”When analytics is included in the organization’s plan, Observers can review aggregate ticket and building metrics for assigned buildings.
Observer analytics excludes People and invitation data, individual resident details, staff follow-up queues, and other operational management metrics. Export controls are not available.
Check the selected date range and current scope before comparing numbers.
Personal settings
Section titled “Personal settings”Open Settings to manage your profile picture, name, language, timezone, time format, sign-in methods, password, active sessions, notifications, and privacy options.
Observers cannot access organization, billing, building-branding, AI, or operational settings.
