Finish account setup

Sicket shows the steps still needed before you can open your building dashboard.

1. Check that you are signed in to the intended account.
2. Complete email verification when asked.
3. Confirm or enter your home information.
4. Choose the available appearance preferences.
5. Continue when setup and any required staff approval are complete.

Waiting for approval

A home you entered yourself, a correction to a preselected home, or QR self-join needs staff review. While waiting, you cannot view building information.

You do not need to repeat setup. Contact the staff who invited you if the wait is unexpected.

Wrong account or home?

Use Log out if this is not your account. During invitation setup, use This is not my home if staff selected the wrong home.

After joining, you can request a home correction from My Home.
