Organizations, buildings, and scope
An organization manages buildings in Sicket. A building contains residential homes. Several residents can share one home.
Current scope means the building you are looking at. It changes which tickets, updates, people, and statistics are shown; it does not change your permissions.
Change the selected building
Section titled “Change the selected building”- Open the sidebar.
- Select the name under Current scope.
- Choose an available building.
On a phone, open the menu first.
What each role can select

| Organization admin | One building, or All Buildings when the organization has several. |
| Landlord | One of the buildings assigned to you. |
| Observer | One of the buildings assigned to you, with read-only access. |
| Tenant | Your approved home and building. |
When only one building is available, Sicket selects it automatically and uses its theme color.
Some actions, such as creating an incident or running pattern detection, need one building even when an organization admin is viewing All Buildings. The action asks which building to use.
Why something is missing
Section titled “Why something is missing”Check the selected building, then any search or filters. If the building itself is missing, ask your organization admin to check your access.
