Contractor packets let you share selected context without giving the contractor a Sicket account.
Who can do this

Observers cannot create or manage contractor cases.
Where to find it in Sicket
Section titled “Where to find it in Sicket”Open a ticket or incident detail page and choose Share with contractor.
You can review created packets from Contractor cases.
Step-by-step
Section titled “Step-by-step”- Open the ticket or incident.
- Choose
Share with contractor. - Review existing packets.
- Create a new packet.
- Enter who it is for.
- Choose the contractor type.
- Add the recipient email when required.
- Select which records and ticket details should be included.
- Create the packet.
- Share the link and access code, email it, or download a PDF.
Field-by-field explanation
Section titled “Field-by-field explanation”Packet title should make it clear who the information is for.
Contractor type describes the kind of contractor, such as plumber, electrician, locksmith, or elevator contractor.
Access code unlocks the packet.
Expires at controls when access stops.
Ticket information to share controls whether timeline, conversation, attachments, internal notes, and resident information are included.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”The contractor uses the link and access code to open the packet.
You can revoke the packet or regenerate the access code later.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If a contractor cannot unlock the page, check the access code and expiration.
If a packet contains too little detail, create a new packet or regenerate the PDF after selecting the needed information.
