Read building incidents

Read updates about larger building issues that staff are coordinating.

Incidents are used for broader building problems, not normal one-off tickets.

Tenants in a building where staff published an incident.

Open Incidents from the sidebar when available, or open an active incident shown on the News and Updates page.

  1. Open Incidents or News and Updates.
  2. Select an active incident.
  3. Read the incident title, status, and latest incident updates.
  4. Review linked community tickets or announcements if shown.
  5. Follow future updates until the issue is resolved.

Status shows where staff are in the incident workflow.

Incident updates are messages staff publish for residents.

Linked community tickets are related tickets that other tenants in the building can already view.

Linked announcements are related announcements visible to your building.

Tenants cannot see staff-only incident notes, personal tickets, internal evidence, private pattern details, or contractor-only packets.

If staff link personal tickets to an incident, those personal tickets remain hidden from tenants.

Staff can publish more incident updates.

When the incident is resolved, the status changes and staff may post a final update or announcement.

If you expected to see an incident but cannot find it, staff may not have published it to residents yet.

If your own issue is related, check whether there is already a community ticket or create a ticket with your details.
