Invite landlords

Add staff members who manage one or more buildings.

Organization admins.

Go to Landlords and choose Invite Landlords, or use the staff Create menu in the sidebar.

Decide which buildings the landlord should manage.

  1. Open Landlords.
  2. Choose Invite Landlords.
  3. Enter the landlord’s email address.
  4. Select the buildings to manage.
  5. Review the invitation.
  6. Send the invite.

Email is the address that receives the landlord invitation.

Buildings to manage defines the landlord’s access scope.

After the landlord accepts the invitation, they can access assigned buildings.

When a building has assigned landlords, operational building emails should go to those landlords instead of organization admins.

If the landlord cannot see a building, check the managed buildings section on the landlord detail page.

If the organization admin still receives building-related operational emails, check whether the building has at least one assigned landlord.
