Announcements
Section titled “Announcements”Observers see published, non-archived announcements for assigned buildings. Drafts, email-delivery details, recipient settings, redaction history, and staff editing controls remain hidden.
News and updates
Section titled “News and updates”Observers see published, non-archived news posts for assigned buildings. Draft, scheduled, review, and publishing metadata is staff-only.
Anonymous authors remain anonymous to Observers.
Incidents
Section titled “Incidents”Observers see active incidents only after staff has made them visible to residents. The resident-safe incident feed can include public updates, status, visible announcements, and community tickets.
Observers do not see staff summaries, internal notes, personal linked tickets, pattern evidence, contractor cases, or archived incident history.
No communication actions
Section titled “No communication actions”Observers cannot create, edit, publish, archive, remove, or send any announcement, news post, banner, or incident update.
