Detect ticket patterns

Find groups of tickets that describe a recurring operational theme.

Organization admins and authorized staff on plans with AI pattern detection.

Go to Tickets, then use Detect Pattern.

Pattern detection works best when there are multiple related tickets in the selected scope.

  1. Open Tickets.
  2. Select the correct current scope.
  3. Choose Detect Pattern.
  4. Review the detected theme.
  5. Review the matched tickets.
  6. Confirm only if the pattern is useful and accurate.

Detected theme summarizes what multiple tickets appear to be about.

Matched tickets are the tickets Sicket believes belong to the same pattern.

Confidence or similar review hints should be treated as suggestions, not proof.

Staff can use patterns to communicate better, reduce duplicate work, or plan maintenance.

If the button is disabled, hover it to see why. Common reasons include plan limits, insufficient tickets, or missing permissions.

AI output is only a suggestion. Staff should review the matched tickets before acting.
