Follow a community ticket
For: tenants who can view a community ticket in their building.
If another resident has already reported the same shared issue, you can follow that ticket to receive eligible update emails. You do not have to write a comment or submit another report.
Follow from a ticket
Section titled “Follow from a ticket”- Open Community Tickets and select the relevant ticket.
- Select its follow or notification bell control.
- A checked bell shows that you are following it.
Follow while creating a ticket
Section titled “Follow while creating a ticket”Sicket may suggest similar community tickets as you enter your report. Open a suggestion to check that it describes the same issue. Select the bell beside the suggestion to follow it.
You can close the creation form if the existing ticket covers your issue. If it does not, continue creating your own ticket.
Stop following
Section titled “Stop following”Open the community ticket and select the following control again. The checked state disappears.
What following does not do
Section titled “What following does not do”Following does not give access to another resident’s private attachments or home details. It does not make you the ticket creator or let you submit their resolution feedback.
Email preferences still apply. Following is available for community tickets, not somebody else’s personal ticket.
