Review analytics

Read the analytics page as an organization admin.

Organization admins with analytics access.

Go to Analytics.

  1. Select the current scope.
  2. Open Analytics.
  3. Choose the date range.
  4. Review ticket activity.
  5. Review status and ticket mix.
  6. Review portfolio health.
  7. Review people and adoption metrics.
  8. Review communication and knowledge coverage.

Ticket activity shows volume over time for the selected range.

Status breakdown shows the spread of open, in-progress, and resolved tickets.

Ticket mix compares personal and community tickets.

Portfolio health ranks buildings by workload when All Buildings is selected.

People and adoption shows tenant, landlord, admin, and invitation metrics.

Communication and knowledge shows active announcements, published news posts, and knowledge base coverage.

Use the insights to decide where to add knowledge base entries, send announcements, assign staff, or investigate recurring problems.

If numbers look too broad, check whether All Buildings is selected.

If a building has many rows, use pagination in the ranking section.
