Use My Home
My Home is the tenant starting point for information connected to your home.
What you can find
Section titled “What you can find”Depending on what your housing organization has configured, the page can show:
- your building name, branding, and registered address
- your residential unit number and optional label
- a map when embedded maps are enabled in your settings
- housing organization or building contact information
- active announcements and incidents
- shortcuts to create a ticket or review your tickets
- privacy information about your home details
Residential unit
Section titled “Residential unit”Sicket uses Residential unit as a general term for an apartment, flat, house, room, or suite. Staff can store a unit number and an optional descriptive label, such as a floor or wing.
Your residential unit is private account information. It is not shown to other tenants on community tickets.
Embedded map
Section titled “Embedded map”The map uses the registered building address. You can turn embedded Google Maps off in Settings > Profile. The building address remains available as text.
If information is wrong
Section titled “If information is wrong”Contact building staff if your building, residential unit, address, or published contact information is incorrect. Tenants cannot change building records themselves.
