  • confirm plan limits are not already exceeded
  • invite or assign organization admins
  • invite or assign landlords to the correct buildings
  • verify that each landlord only sees intended buildings

  • verify that each tenant will land in the correct building scope
  • confirm the residential-unit flow is understood before rollout
  • prepare the first important announcements
  • prepare initial knowledge-base content

  • create a few test tickets
  • verify personal versus community ticket behavior
  • verify anonymous ticket masking
  • verify comments, notes, attachments, and activity history

After launch, review:

  • whether announcements are reaching the right audience
  • whether plan limits or missing content are already causing friction

This checklist is intended to catch scope mistakes early, before they become operational problems.
