Analytics and Plans
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”Sicket analytics are intended to help staff understand operational load and recurring issues.
Current analytics surface includes:
- organization-level analytics
- building-level analytics
- aggregate analytics across selected buildings
- ticket volume time series
Typical questions analytics should answer:
- how many open tickets do we have
- which buildings generate the most issues
- which ticket types are recurring
- how is ticket volume changing over time
Why building-scoped analytics matter
Section titled “Why building-scoped analytics matter”Many landlords do not manage an entire organization.
Sicket therefore supports analytics in the scope they actually work in:
- a current building
- all buildings assigned to that landlord
Sicket currently models three plans:
- Starter
- Professional
- Enterprise
Plans are used to control:
- unit limits
- support level
- advanced operational features
- AI and knowledge-base capability where applicable
How to think about plan gating
Section titled “How to think about plan gating”Plan gating in Sicket is not just billing decoration. It directly affects which workflows are available.
Examples:
- residential unit creation can be limited by plan capacity
- knowledge-base features are restricted to higher tiers
This keeps the product surface aligned with the commercial plan structure.
